Impressive amenities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and an outdoor swimming pool. No need to worry about pets as they are not allowed. Cooking enthusiasts will love the well-equipped kitchen with electric kettle and cookware.

Location and rooms of the venue were very good. I appreciated the staff, they're amiable and excellent. Stayed in huge room for hospitality. Overall had a great experience for long holidays.

Marvellous and stunning location near to town center and other facilities and the mall and Fountains, and the room was absolutely stunning. Had a nice coffee at Second Cup Cafe, located 15 minutes walk away. They were excellent and amiable, and we had a such great stay for long holidays.

I had a fantastic stay at Mada Residences Downtown. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had luxurious beds and brand new furniture. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, especially while enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. He made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The value for money was excellent, especially with the added bonus of free parking. I definitely plan on coming back in September. I highly recommend Mada Residences Downtown.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. the size of the apartment was suitable for our needs, providing enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. the beds were also very cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Lastly, the apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the furniture in good condition.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not happy with. some of the staff entered our apartment without our permission, which made us feel uncomfortable and invaded our privacy.

I had an exceptional stay at Fam Living - Mada Residences Downtown. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Dubai Mall. The communication with Mr. Eslam was outstanding, he always responded quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The little gifts he brought for my kids were a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place, especially for families.
